ABSTRACT GUIDELINES
Please ensure your abstract submission meets the following requirements:

- Maximum of 250 words, written entirely in English.
- The submission must include the abstract text along with the following required information:
- 5 Key Words
- Authors (Full names)
- Author’s Affiliations (Institution/Organization)
- Email Address of the Presenting Author

- Send your abstracts: pins.upd@up.edu.ph
- Authors will be notified of acceptance results no later than January 16, 2026.
- Authors of accepted abstracts will be asked to submit a extended abstract (2-page maximum). This extended abstract should include the introduction, methods, results & discussion, conclusions, and references, with a total length of no more than two pages.
- Presented extended abstracts will be published in the PINS 2026 Book of Abstracts. This volume will be made available in digital format and archived for public access through the conference website and affiliated repositories.
- Authors of selected abstracts may be invited to submit full papers for consideration in a post-conference special issue of a journal.
