Melody June “Melo” Hamada is a seasoned global supply chain leader with over three decades of experience at Procter & Gamble, where she most recently served as Vice President and Global SK-II End-to-End Supply Chain Leader. She led the transformation of SK-II’s global supply network, doubling capacity to support over US$4 billion in sales and driving operational excellence across manufacturing, planning, and market operations. 

A Filipina based in Singapore with leadership experience spanning Asia and Europe, Melo is known for building high-performing teams and delivering breakthrough business results across complex global markets. She brings deep expertise in end-to-end supply chain strategy, organizational transformation, and cross-functional leadership. 

Melo holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of the Philippines and began her career as an engineering instructor before embarking on her distinguished global leadership journey. Now happily retired, Melo enjoys traveling the world and pursuing her passion for scuba diving, bringing the same curiosity and zest for discovery that defined her corporate career.
